STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING is our bread & butter. This small group class begins with a coach-led warm-up, followed by focused strength training, and the “why” behind it. Class ends with conditioning that combines weighted functional movements with aerobic challenges within varying time domains.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Anyone who would rather train smarter than harder, is curious about the benefits of strength training both inside and outside the gym, and values the benefits of community-driven ethos.

WHERE DO WE TRAIN?

Defined Training in Lakeview - 3834 N. Broadway! We’re right in front of a 36 bus stop, close to a 151 bus stop, and 3 blocks from the Sheridan Red Line. There’s also street parking. 

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?

$30 / session
