STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This small group class begins with a coach-led warm-up, followed by focused strength training. Class ends with conditioning that combines weighted functional movements with aerobic challenges.

EMPOWER HOUR

We bring women together once a month on Sundays to train and connect. Join us for 1-hour of training, followed by a brief hang with brew from our local favorite, Printers Row Coffee Co. Lift and uplift. It’s that simple.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Can’t make our scheduled training sessions but still want to join The Legion? No sweat. We’re here to help you tackle goals and make moves. Virtual training available upon request.

 
 

FEMME

Our femininity is our strength, and we believe strength is a reflection of our capabilities. Being or identifying as female means embracing our bodies as they are: for what they can do, not just how they appear. We find community amongst each other and believe that the success of one femme means success for all. Movement spaces can sometimes feel intimidating and exclusive, but we work to disrupt inequities in fitness. Femme energy sees authenticity and togetherness in harmony.

FORWARD

We train with our future in mind because our health determines our lifestyle, now and for years to come. Our Legion values growth, longevity, and personal development so that we can be our own leaders. Education is at the forefront of our programs because just like our athletes, we’re always learning, engaging, and exploring.   

 
 

FUNCTIONAL

We train to be efficient humans with perspective. If our Legion can see the benefits of their training outside the gym, then we’ve done our job well. Our programs are effective in helping women take on new challenges, achieve goals overtime, find confidence through movement, and cut out much needed time for themselves. Movement has a life far beyond the gym, and we promise to connect the dots through our coaching.
